HISTORY OF NYUNGWE FOREST NATIONAL PARK

Nyungwe is believed to be one of Africa’s oldest rainforests, dating back thousands of years. The first clue of the chimpanzee’s presence is usually auditory, their pant hoots echoing through the trees.
